Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout — especially size, color, and quantity.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@vanteet.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections (such as size or color).
If you wish to make changes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.
Eligible returns include:
Items that arrive damaged or defective
Incorrect products received
Products that differ significantly from their description
Not eligible for return:
Items that are used, washed, or altered
Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads, slight wrinkles)
Items missing original tags or packaging
Damage not caused by Vanteet
How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund, please contact our team at support@vanteet.com and include:
Your order number
Photos or videos showing the issue
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)
Shipping receipt (if applicable)
⚠️ Important: Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your refund.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds include original shipping charges only if the issue was caused by Vanteet.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for assistance.
Important Notes
Return window: 30 days from delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless Vanteet is at fault)
Vanteet is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
