Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout — especially size, color, and quantity.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@vanteet.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections (such as size or color).

  • If you wish to make changes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

  • Need help choosing the right fit or style? Our support team is happy to assist before you complete your purchase — just email support@vanteet.com.

Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Eligible returns include:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Incorrect products received

  • Products that differ significantly from their description

Not eligible for return:

  • Items that are used, washed, or altered

  • Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads, slight wrinkles)

  • Items missing original tags or packaging

  • Damage not caused by Vanteet

How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund, please contact our team at support@vanteet.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)

  • Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Important: Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your refund.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds include original shipping charges only if the issue was caused by Vanteet.

  • If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for assistance.

Important Notes

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless Vanteet is at fault)

  • Vanteet is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
