Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if your item meets the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and still has all original tags attached.

It’s returned in the original packaging you received.

You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Please note: Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns after this period.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@vanteet.com and include:

A copy of your receipt or order confirmation

A short explanation of why you’re returning the item

A photo or video of the product (especially if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request and reply within 72 hours with detailed instructions.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns to ensure safe delivery.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for items that are:

Defective or damaged upon arrival

Incorrect in size, color, or style
To request an exchange, contact support@vanteet.com with your replacement details. Once approved, we’ll process and ship your new item promptly.
Exceptions & Limitations
Returns may be refused or only partially refunded if:

The request is submitted after 30 days from delivery.

The returned product shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

The item was clearly marked final sale or non-returnable at purchase.
