1. Refund Approval

• Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Our quality assurance team will review the product’s condition to confirm it meets our return criteria.

• Once approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

2. Refund Method

• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

• Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

3. Non-Refundable Charges
Please note the following:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the entire order is returned.

• If the return is not due to our mistake, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

• Refunds do not apply to items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
